As
a sales manager, and general manager, I trained many sales
representatives to use computers with these programs to
increase their sales and make their working hours more
productive. As a software developer I have been lucky
enough to work with some very talented programmers and
technology specialists to make the dream of effective
sales force automation come true.
Many sales reps have helped with the testing, and given
feedback, that has affected the evolution of these
programs. Working with hundreds of salespeople over the
years has given me a keen appreciation for the
difficulties of the job that they do, and the dedication
and professionalism they apply on a daily basis. Because
of their input and assistance, SalesTools is truly software for salespeople, by salespeople.
I
would like to express my sincere appreciation for all
the assistance of the many excellent salespeople, managers,
and technologists who have helped to make this a better
